Appeals Court Directs Resentencing In Cannon Rape Case
The Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals has upheld the aggravated rape conviction of Kacy Cannon, but ordered that he be resentenced. Criminal Court Judge Rebecca Stern has sentenced him to 32 and a half years in prison.
